I am Jeb Stuart-Bullock, I established Joy of Gardening in 1995. My areas of expertise are ecologically-sustainable gardening, garden design, and the correct pruning of shrubs, climbing plants and fruit trees.

My skills have developed over a lifetime of learning about the interdependence of all living things, and do not produce results similar to your lawn-mowing company! This is my passion, not just a job, and I value the wisdom of nature over – let me be blunt – the whims of humans.

In any area I design, life is invited into a sacred space, life is welcome.  (But–still adhering to the balance of nature–NOT deer!, whose over-population is due to human actions.)

I received a Certificate in Landscape Design as well as a Certificate in Landscape Management from the N.Y. Botanical Garden.
I was an A.H.S.A.-certified Horticulturist (until I let my membership lapse.)
